By downloading, installing, or using any application published by MIIMAGINE AI LTD ("we", "our", "us"), including Streamly and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our applications.
2. Description of Service
Our applications are media player software. They allow you to connect to your own media server using credentials you provide. We do not host, distribute, or provide any media content. You are solely responsible for the content you access through our applications and for ensuring you have the legal right to access it.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your server credentials.
- You must not use our applications for any illegal purpose or to access content you are not authorised to view.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our applications.
- You must not use our applications to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the platform where you downloaded the app (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Roku Channel Store). Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings.
- We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their refund policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our applications, including source code, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by MIIMAGINE AI LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Content Disclaimer
We are a media player only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content accessed through our applications. We do not host, stream, or distribute any media content. All content is served by third-party servers that you choose to connect to.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIIMAGINE AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our applications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Availability and Updates
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our applications. We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the application and cancelling your subscription.

11. Governing Law
